Use and maintenance during running in period:
1. As the crane is a special vehicle, the operator shall receive the training and guidance of the manufacturer, have a full understanding of the structure and performance of the machine, and obtain certain operation and maintenance experience before operating the machine. The product operation and maintenance manual provided by the manufacturer is the data for the operator to operate the equipment. Before operating the machine, be sure to read the operation and maintenance manual and operate and maintain according to the requirements of the manual.
2. Pay attention to the working load during the running in period. Generally, the working load during the running in period shall not exceed 80% of the rated working load, and appropriate workload shall be arranged to prevent overheating caused by long-term continuous operation of the machine.
3. Pay attention to regularly observe the indication of each instrument. In case of any abnormality, stop the machine in time for troubleshooting. Stop the operation before the cause is found and the fault is eliminated.
4. Pay attention to regularly check the level and quality of lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, coolant, brake fluid and fuel oil (water), and pay attention to the tightness of the whole machine. If too much oil and water is found during the inspection, the cause shall be analyzed. At the same time, the lubrication of each lubrication point shall be strengthened. It is recommended that each shift should add grease to the lubrication points during the running in period (except for special requirements).
5. Keep the machine clean and adjust and fasten the loose parts in time to prevent the wear of parts or loss of parts due to looseness.
6. At the end of the running in period, the machine shall be subject to compulsory maintenance, inspection and adjustment, and attention shall be paid to the replacement of oil. In short, the requirements for the use and maintenance of the crane during the running in period can be summarized as follows: strengthening training, reducing load, paying attention to inspection and strengthening lubrication. As long as we pay attention to and implement the maintenance and repair of the crane during the running in period as required, it will reduce the occurrence of early faults, prolong the service life, improve the operation efficiency and bring you more benefits.
